Handled offers a variety of inventory reports to help you track and manage your stock with greater accuracy and visibility.
To access inventory reports:
Go to your dashboard:
đź”— https://my.handledcommerce.com/en/wms/dashboardHover over the Reports and Analytics tab in the header.
From the dropdown, you’ll find the following five inventory reports:
1. Available to Promise
This report shows the quantity of each SKU that is available to sell. It factors in inventory that has already been allocated or held, and inbound Inventory from ASNs for other orders, giving you a net count of what’s truly available for new sales.
2. Order Inventory
This report displays inventory that is currently allocated to active orders and is in the process of being fulfilled.
3. Inventory Snapshot
This report provides a detailed view of total inventory by SKU, Location, and Lot, as of a specific date.
📦 Handled uses this report to calculate your storage charges.
4. Kit Inventory
View current inventory levels for any kit SKUs you’ve configured.
5. Kit Component Inventory
See the inventory levels of individual components that make up your kits—useful for managing production and assembly planning.
