Overview
The Total Inventory Report offers a real-time, high-level summary of product inventory across all warehouses—or filtered to a specific location. It provides visibility into total, undamaged, and damaged inventory, while also showing how much inventory is committed to open sales orders (SO). This report is ideal for strategic planning, forecasting, and identifying fulfillment readiness at a glance.
Where to Find It
You can access this report by navigating to Inventory > Total Inventory Report in the Handled client portal.
What It's Used For
This report helps with:
- Strategic Inventory Management: View inventory totals across all Handled locations.
- Order Fulfillment Planning: See how much inventory is already allocated to open sales orders.
- Product Filtering: Refine your view using filters like SKU, warehouse, product group, and product type.
How It Works
Each row represents a single product (SKU) and reflects quantities in that product’s standard unit of measure (UOM). The data is updated in real time, incorporating every inventory receipt, shipment, or manual adjustment. By default, the report includes inventory across all warehouses, but you can filter it by location, client, or other product attributes.
