If you're sending 8 or more pallets under a single ASN, you must schedule a delivery window at least 48 hours in advance.
Important: You must create an Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN) before requesting a delivery window. For help creating an ASN, see How to Create an ASN.
How to Schedule
Email inventory@handledcommerce.com with the following details:

Expected delivery date and time

Size of delivery
- Goods to be received

Carrier name and contact info (if available)
We’ll confirm your delivery window via email.
