Whenever possible, we recommend creating orders through your selling channel (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.). This ensures your order remains in sync across platforms and reduces the risk of data mismatches.
If you need to create a shipment order manually, follow the steps below:
🛠️ Steps to Manually Create an Order
Navigate to the Order List page:
🔗 https://my.handledcommerce.com/en/wms/shipment-order/listClick Create Shipment Order.
Enter the Origin Warehouse where the shipment will be fulfilled from.
Enter an Order Code (or use the system-generated code if you prefer).

Set the Order Type to either:
Shipment Order (for a standard Ecommerce Order)
LTL Shipment (for a personal or freight pickup order)
FBA Shipment (for orders sent to Amazon FBA)

Update the Expected Shipment Date:
- If you want the order fulfilled as soon as possible, leave it as today’s date.
- If you want to delay fulfillment, set this to a future date.
Click Next Step.

Enter the Customer Details, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping address
Click Next Step.
Select the SKUs and Quantities you wish to include in the shipment.
Click Next Step.
On the Shipment page of the wizard, you can optionally define:
- Carrier
- Shipping service
- PRO Number: ⚠️ NOTE: this field is required for LTL/FTL shipments
- On the Other Info page, enter any retailer-specific information, if applicable (e.g., if the order is for a particular retail partner or marketplace).
- After saving the order, you can then edit the order to add any necessary documentation, such as Packing Slips, POs, or BOLs.
